I havent used the API stuff much yet in delphi so I was hoping if somebody here can tell me how I can find out if somebody is connected to the Internet/BBS or anything else via the modem. Looked at the help but looking for a practical example in Delphi 2. I want them to be able to select from COM1.. COM4 (autodetect possible ?) and I want the program to find out if they are connected or not to some sort of service. I think the GetCommXXX stuff only work with win95/NT etc, is there something like this in win3.11 API ?
