1) How to get the Windows Path ???

2) How can I create a VALUE in REGISTRY ?

Such as,

I want to put this value into
\HKKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run :

String ="TestRegistry"
Value=12345
