Welcome to the 21st century. Service calls are no longer done
by calling int 21h. That was the DOS way; it still worked in
Windows for Workgroups, including such recent versions as 4.90
(commonly known as Windows Millennium Edition) but in Windows NT
it was removed. Service calls are now callable by name from the
OS DLLs. The word is "WinAPI".

So if you tell us what that function _does_, somebody might be
able to tell you which WinAPI function to call.
