Once the program is compiled into an .EXE you don't need anything from
Delphi for it to run on any computer that runs Windows (Delphi 1 on Win
3.11 and above, and Delphi 2,3 on Windows95 or NT)

If your program uses Tables, Paradox, DBase etc, you will need to install
the Database Engine which is supplied on 2 disks which are found on the
Delphi CD in the REDIST directory.

If your program (Delphi 1 or 2) uses ReportSmith, you need to install the
ReportSmith Run Time (5 disks also found in the REDIST directory)
