Does anybody know how to create and draw in a metafile in delphi 16 bits? 

I saw that are clases to load and save
a metafile, but i don't find anything about create a metafile
from scratch, drawing lines, arcs and so on. The functions
in the Windows API create old metafiles that programs like
WinWord can't load, because those metafiles miss the header
that have the enhanced metafiles in Win 95 and Win NT.

Is there available any code to do it?
