Hi guys,

I am still struggling with the HTML object in D3. I am finally
wrestling some sense into it but wondered has anyone seen a book or
books that cover this in more depth?

It's like pulling teeth finding out the secrets of operation, obscure
things like loading a local file. That took about 1 day to figure out,
as the help system is hopeless. 

When I did find something on a web site that owns the licence to the
component, even their information was incorrect.

I have found a couple of books at Amazon which might shed some light,
but both are our of print.
