Hello,

Can someone please teach me how to get the return values from
Netcape DDE? for example, to get the version number of Netscape,
I tried (in Delphi 2.0):

{get version number}
var
  result: string;
begin
     s := '';
     DDeNSClient.SetLink(Browserfn, 'WWW_Version');
     result:= StrPas(DDeNSClient.RequestData(s));
     DDeNSClient.CloseLink;
end;

result is always NIL, or empty. What have I done wrong?

I also want to retrieve the Window ID of the current active
Netscape frame - any hint of how to do this?

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Ted
