Crossposted to demon.ip.support.newuser, E-mailed to NRS ; as part of
Demon's service to its normal users, can something be done to prevent
such a person from even thinking of doing as threatened below?  If the
AUP itself does not forbid it, there should be something else ...  The
well-known list (Ralf Brown's INTER##x.zip, ##=50, x=a..f) is on Garbo,
doubtless on SimTel/SimtelNet, and so on all mirror sites, which means
that ftp.demon should have it at least twice.

Have you considered how long this will take to receive, at 14400 baud?

Under no circumstances should you ever do anything like this, even if
you had material of equal value not already publicly available.  I have,
of course, killfiled you, and I imagine that others will do likewise;
however some do not have that capability and will be unable to protect
themselves.

Do not do it.
