   Rather than stalking the victim and hoping to jab him without him
seeing you. Also to get the needle in deep enough and to send the virus
completely.  Wouldn't it just be easier to take a sample of the targets
DNA(a hair, blood, etc) and to make the virus "target specific" and to
release the virus in the targets imediate area, etc.
