            I cannot say as a fact as I have only been as far as the =
signs,  I didn't want to get shot. but I saw a proggie on discovery =
about UFO's and they speculated that a disc shaped parabolic object with =
a large capaciter in the centre could create a degree of lift,  this is =
fact!  however we do not know how to control these things as yet.  A51 =
could be trying along these lines.  there is no conspiracy just =
undisclosed science.
