Probleme de variable

Excusez moi si la question vous parait toute simple mais je suis un grand
debutant :o)

voila j aimerai utiliser une variable dans un formulaire qui a �t� trouv�
dans une base de donn�e par un random()

 $userEnCours=rand(0,$nbUser-1);
 $req=mysql_query('SELECT * FROM user WHERE idUser= \''.$userEnCours.'\' ');
 $user=mysql_fetch_array($req,MYSQL_ASSOC);

lorsque j appui sur le bouton pour faire submit() le formulaire s appelle
lui meme (c'est fait expr�s )

je n'arrive pas a retrouver la valeur de la variable $user avant de
repouvoir faire un random sur la table user

Pour resumer , la question est :
Comment communiquer la valeur d une variable definit dans un formulaire
lorsque l on envoit le signal submit?
