We recently replaced our Apple Laser Writer + with a NEC LC 890 postscript
printer. Transcript, our spooling software, now no longer works. It seems
by looking at the log errors that the NEC does not understand the
pagecount operator that transcript's pscomm is using to do page accounting.
Has anyone else got transcript to work with the NEC Postscript Page Printers?

If adobe wrote transcript and adobe wrote the postscript interpreter in
the NEC, then why would they make them incompatable? (I love adobe, I'm
not complaining, just confused!)
