This is an interesting exercise in laser printer tolerances. Print the ruler on more than one printe and see whether the grids really overlap. Then check against a standard metal ruler. You might be surprised to find that they're all somewhat different, depending on the technology used in the printer to move the laser across the page! chris -- Chris Kent Western Software Laboratory Digital Equipment Corporation kent@decwrl.dec.com decwrl!kent (415) 853-6639
