Hi, I have to write a PostScript output routine for a X11R5 graphical application. In this application there is an extensive use for font metrics as supplied by the function XTextWidth(). Sadly enough this information is wrong for PostScript fonts rendered by the printer, so I have to write a routine that gets the font metrics from the adobe font metric files and supllies its own XTextWidth(). I think this is a common problem and has been solved 1000 times before. Is there a public available package somewhere that solves this task? Thanks for help Hauke
