GS for MS-DOS compiled with BGI driver?

Could somebody send me (or tell me where to obtain) a version of Ghostscript
2.41 for MS-DOS with the bgi driver compiled in? I've tried compiling using
Borland C++ 2.0, and turbo C, but it doesn't work for me and I'm no expert.
I'd like to use the higher screen resolutions available with the bgi driver.
I don't really care what other devices are compiled in. I have a 386, but
no FP-coprocessor.

Thanks,
Andrew J. Davis
