I had code that drew a picture in which some of the intersection points were computed on the fly. The code ran perfectly on the original LaserWriter [albeit very slowly], or on the NeXT, but died on the II NT due to a divide-by-zero caused (indirectly) by roundoff errors. The value you give seems completely reasonable (it probably got converted to and from the current transformation matrix, which is why it is so far off).
