We have several LaserWriter IIf printers which have an excessive
clipping area.  On our other printers you can print to within 1/4 inch
of the page edge, however on these LaserWriter IIf printers all output
is clipped to within 1/2 inch of the page edge.  I've tried setting
the clipping region to boxes both larger and smaller than this.
Smaller clipping boxes are not problem but larger ones have no effect.

I was told something about these printers being configured for higher
resolution and thus had a smaller printable area.  Does this make any
sense and if so how can we change the resolution so we have a larger
printable area?
