This is probably a FAQ, but I'm looking for a utility which
will convert a "raw" Postscript file into an EPS file (which
can then be "included" in a document).  Can anyone point me to
such a program (either MS-DOS compiled, UNIX compiled or C
source code would be helpful)?

Also, where is the FAQ file for comp.lang.postscript?
