One of my users finds the Courier font too light in relation to Courier-Bold. After rummaging through the PostScript Reference Manual I concluded that the way to fix this would be to create a modified Courier font by copying Courier, changing the copy to a stroked font and adjusting the stroke weight to taste. So far my efforts to do this have failed miserably. Does anyone have the ps code for creating a stroked Courier font? Or, if there is a better way to solve this problem, please let me know. Thanks.
