Is it really true that EPS files should only have one page in them?
(I'm not challenging you... I really don't know.) MS Windows 3.1
allows you to output anything as an EPS file (complete with above
header) -- i.e., it oftentimes creates a multi-page "EPS" file.

I have had much difficulty trying to get MS Windows Postscript output
to print on Imagen and DEC printers. I basically gave up on the
Imagens when I managed to find a workable solution with the DEC LN03
(connected to a VAX/VMS workstation). Interestingly, the key element
in making that work was that the file has to have been created with
the 'output EPS' option on in the Windows Postscript driver -- most of
the other combinations of options seemed irrelevant.
