Map of the World in PostScript

There exists a package of geographic maps of the world.
They can be found by querying archie for 'worldmap'
(for example on nz20.rz.uni-karlsruhe.de in /pub/msdos/worldmap) -
the only disadvantage is that they're not PostScript.
I'm sure that there have already been solutions to this;
nevertheless I wrote a small C program (< 10kB source) that
converts such a map into a conforming PostScript file including
options for scaling. The program has been successfully tested on
a SPARCstation running SunOS 4.1.1 using gcc 1.40.3 to compile
but should be easy to port to other platforms.
If you're interested, send me a mail message.
If I receive many requests, I'll post it.
