Recently, I made up the world maps and they don't seem to be right for A4 paper. They are chopped off on the right hand + bottom sides. This is also true for the pcal program, which is chopped off at the bottom. Now I know that some American use different size paper from the UK, and it is probably the case that this is the reason for this. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, ie to move the maps/calendars up and left? I don't want to go through the trouble of working through all of the books to just solve this one little thing. Its only a matter of a few pixels, but it is annoying. Thanks.
