Does anyone know of a utility that allows you to separate odd/even pages from each other in a postscript file? Lots of documents are designed to be printed two-sided, and it would be really cool to be able to split a file "a.ps" into two files "b.ps" and "c.ps" such that "b.ps" contained all odd pages of "a.ps", and "c.ps" all even pages, with the idea that you would print out "b.ps", flip the paper over and stuff it back into the printer, and print out "c.ps". Does such a beast exist? I really hate having to resort to using a xerox machine to get two-sided printouts.
