How can one print specific pages of a postscript file under
Ghostscript?  I have a 400 page postscript file that i cant print
out all at one sitting (2 hours on an epson?). Also the epson
bit map file that Ghostscript would produce would be 40MB or more
: a disaster for our server and plain stupid it the paper gets
jammed, or the ribbon barffs.
