Hello, I hope this has not been discussed already. I have been trying to figure out ways to change Appletalk printer type of my tektronix phaseII Pxi printer from 'LaserWriter' to 'PhaserWriter' but could not do it. It used to work when I did: (PhaserPxi:PhaserWriter) setprintername %works in Postscript level1 -->gives me: PhaserPxi as printer name and PhaserWriter as printer type. When I did the same comamnd in postscript level2 printer, I got -->PhaserPxi PhaserWriter as my printer name. Does any one know how to set a printer type under postscript level2 ? Does any one know where the FAQ for this group is ? Thank you for your help. Hanz Makmur
