Is there a FAQ for this newsgroup?  If so, where can I get a copy of the
latest version?  I have an 5/92 version, but that's the last one I got.

Also, what is a good book to get after the Red and Blue book?  I've heard
about the Orange book, but don't think it is published by Adobe.  Any
experience with this or other third party book?  I came across Hands-On
Postscript, by Hayden, and it was okay.  I was going to get it, but thought
better ask net.wisdom first :-)
