I am searching for any kind of technical description or reference for something called OPI or Open Pre-press Interface. I believe it describes how to substitute low resolution bit map images in PostScript files to reduce their size during some portions of pre-press processing and then how reinsertion of hi-res images is accomplished befor final output. Thanks for anything you can send me. Indirect pointers welcome. -- uunet!mtxinu!kridle 2560 9th St., suit 312 kridle@mtxinu.COM Berkeley, CA 94710 Phone: 415/644-0146 Fax: 415/644-0146
