Sounds like the program that is producing the PostScript is set incorrectly.
Don't blame the problem on the printer until you can prove the printer is at
fault.  Remember, the printer is just to print the incoming file exactly as
it is told.  If the printout starts too far to the left, it ain't the printer.

Print the file on another printer and I'll bet that it will have the same
results.
