DECwrite supports the inclusion of Encapsulated PostScript files, not
any random PostScript files.  As you might have read in previous EPS 
discussions in this newsgroup, it takes more than just putting a 
%%BoundingBox comment to transform a non-EPS file into EPS.  This will 
work in some cases and fail miserably in others.

Yes it does.  In fact, it can actually render the EPS files on screen
via Display PostScript with the latest versions of the DECwindows 
software.
