Hi, After connecting my Apple LaserWriter IIg to the ethernet in order to speed up printing of images, I find that anyone in the university can (and does) print random documents on it. Is there some way of restricting access to the printer? What I am thinking about is writing some sort of simple wrapper to the interpreter which requires a password before letting the rest of the postscript through. Can this be done? Alternatively, is there some way of stopping the printer appearing as an option on each of the several hundred Macs on campus? Thanks for any help, Michael Ashley mcba@newt.phys.unsw.edu.au
