Does anyone know how to print Macintosh files to the LPS-40 printer?
I'm running System 7 and I want to print on 11"x17" paper.  I'm generating
the PostScript code with PageMaker 4.2 and Word 5.0.  I tried prepending 
"laserprep_68.pro", but I guess that will only work with laserprep 
version 6.8.  Does anyone one know where I can get "laserprep_71.pro" 
or does this even exist?

I also tried PM 4.01 with Mac system 6.08 and specified Printserver40,
11"x17", and what printed out was a blank 11"x17" paper.  I swear there
was text in my document.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, please respond by e-mail and if I
find a solution I will post to the net.
