To all Earthlings,
As you know, adobe announced Level 2 PS last year which includes new features
such as data compression, better color halftoning, hard disk caching of rast-
erized objects, support for device specific printers and .......
Well, What I really want to know, is how all these enhancements are going
to affect a hardware platform and its performance. For Example, one may need
more memory because of larger code size or more processing power or even
additional hardware schemes to support data compression storage,....
I want to know whether there are any specific enhancements that need to be
made to PS hardware platforms to be optimized for PS LEVEL 2.
REGARDS,
Jim
