A document we'd like to print was generated on a Mac and starts out with a call to the Appledict md command. Our printer isn't an apple (it's a DP LZR-1260) and doesn't have this. Is there a way to print such documents on such printers? An init program that creates an Appledict with the requisite functions or some such?
