Adobe have a file server which has some useful stuff on it, including
programs in some of the books. You can contact the server by sending
email to "ps-file-server@adobe.com". If you send a message with a line
containing just the word "help" it will email you back details on how
to use it. To speed things up for you, you can get the programs from the
"blue" book by sending an email which contains a line with the command
"send Programs bluebook.shar" Similarly, "send Programs greenbook.shar"
will get you the programs from the "green" book.
