A professor here has an application that produces EPS files without the
bitmap preview image that he needs for including the document into his
word processor.  Does anyone know of an application that can create the
preview from the PostScript description?

I have access to Sun, Mac, NeXT computers, and a variety of PostScript
printers.  Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
