I have another question: is there something like dvi2ps
but the final postscript file is conforming to Adobe
   Document Structuring Conventions ?
Or is there something what can make postscript file conforming ?

Yes, DVIPSONE produces output that conforms to Adobe DSC 3.0

In addition, single page output conforms to the EPS specification, so can be
included as a figure in another TeX document (scaled anyway you want).
