Yes, there is.  I am currently using Mac Vietnamese but the number of fonts
is sort of limited (Helvetica, Zap Chancery, Times).  The printout from here is not bad at all. Though the sequences to create the characters is sort of complicated.

There is aloo another set of Vietnamese fonts call VN Fonts Classic which have
alot more Typefaces in it and is easier to use (in my opinion)
.  This package was written by GIGI Soft and they are
selling it for $149 I think it has 4 Typefaces in the package but don't quote me 
on this.  The company is base in Orange County but I do not have an address or
phone number for them there.  I do know a person who work in that group and is 
currently living in San Jose.  Unfortunately I do not have his number here.  If you
are really interested let me know and I will search for his number.
