The existing Ghostscript port for the Mac is probably NOT what you
are looking for.  I believe gs2.4 contain a command to generate a ppm
file from PostScript.  Well, the gs2.4 port for the Mac contains a
command to generate an Adobe Photoshop file.  There is no Macintosh
driver.
