I think I may have an answer to my own question. I find a posting to comp.misc.sources called: pstools.shar In there are utililities for selecting pages out of an Adobe standard format document. Thus I could: - select the cover sheet tray. - select the first page of the document, send it to printer. - select second sheet tray. - select the rest of the document (2-last), send it to printer. If anybody has a more elegant solution, I would love to hear it! This doesn't seem very efficient. Something that tells the printer to print the first page here and the second page there would be really helpful. Alas I don't know Postscript well enough to figure out how to do that.
