We just followed the WordPerfect (5.0) menu options and incorporated the  
straight PostScript code.  It works fine.  I did have to scale the original  
form because WordPerfect doesn't allow a full 8 1/2 x 11.  It automatically  
puts margins in of 1/4 inch, I think.
