I have a printer that is refusing serverdict commands, %%[Error:PasswordIncorrect; OffendingCommand: exitserver ]%% I read this as somehow a password got set. After reading the printer manuals, I have found out the password is stored in NVM. Is there any way to reset the password via PostScript? Is there a way to do it physically (a switch)? The printer is a TI OmniLaser 2115, and the serverdict worked before this week.. Please send replies via e-mail and I will post a summary.
