I'm looking for a program that will print text files on a postscript printer
with nice headers, font control, multi-column output (especially in landscape
mode).

enscript will do all this, but as I understand it, enscript is a part of
Adobe's Transcript package and costs $$$.

Is the any public domain or copylefted program that will do the same sort of
stuff?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
