<I beg to differ.  If you find where the pre-page processing is done,
<then you can scale the page up/down, and move the page around.

In a later posting, I did mention that the A4 output could be scaled equally
in both the X and Y directons.  But, at 100%, A4 output will not fit on letter
paper, unless the margins happen to make the output < 8.5" x 11".

So, 100% = pretty much no, while scaled = pretty much yes.
