Or, you could refer him to the PostScript FAQ, where pspages, psutils and
psxlate (which can also do several different page shuffles) are listed.

[1K of excessive signature deleted.  Do us all a favour, and shorten
your signature down to something more reasonable.  Bandwidth costs money.
And your signature almost doubled the cost of your posting.  Irritates
the hell out of a lot of people.  This is also discussed in several
FAQs.  In particular, Emily Postnews...]
