%%BoundingBox in PS-Adobe 2.0

I have been using psfig macro ("psfig" is available through
anonymously ftp to linc.cis.upenn.edu) for LaTeX document to include
PS files made in Adobe 1.0 format without any problem. However, when
I produce PS files from MacDraw/MacDraft (which produce PS-Adobe 2.0
format PS files), I start to have problem including them in my LaTeX
format. I used Command-K key to generate PS files from
MacDrw/MacDraft. I noticed that in 2.0 the %%BoundingBox parameters
are left as "? ? ? ?" but there is a %%PageBoundingBox instead.
Since the psfig macro uses %%BoundingBox, I then tried to measure the
region of the figures and set up corresponding %%BoundingBox
parameters but that did not work. I then tried to include the whole
page but to no avail either.

Could someone tell me how these two parameters are related? Is it
possible to fix up Adobe 2.0 format so that I can make it work with
psfig macro. Or have anybody written anything like psfig that works
with 2.0 PS format?
