I need Postscript code to print a test sheet on an Apple LaserWriter Plus.
Ideally, I would like code both to turn the test sheet on and off and code
to print one on command (so we can check the number of pages, etc), but
just turning it on and off would be fine.  If you can help, please reply by
email or posting.
