Does anybody have something where given a bitmap, if it's too large to
fit on the paper the postscript header/prolog will make it shrink to
fit, and if it's smaller than the sheet of paper it will tile it all
over the paper.

What I want to do is make a hardcopy of all of the files in the
Poskanzer Bitmap Collection.
