I posted some time back a suggestion to use NeWS, having seen it in action and
also having been very impressed with it. I am by no means an expert on either
PostScript or NeWS, or Display PS for that matter, and I made the curious error

I'd like to thank those who set me straight on the matter. NeWS does indeed use
regular PostScript, with the sole exception (that I can recall) being that
"showpage" is apparently a null function. I have sent identical code to psh and
to a LaserWriter and gotten roughly identical output.
