I do have an apparent conflict of interest since an ASCII printer I wrote
appears in the (current) automatic posting.  IMHO the automatic posting would
be 1000% better if it were organized more like the "Mac one-liners" posting
in the comp.sys.mac.programmers group.  Things like:

The "show" primitive cannot be made to do superscripting or subscripting.
Serial input to Apple LaserWriter converts runs of <CR>/<LF> into single <LF>.
Public-domain partial implementations (like GNU GhostScript) exist.
