Somebody mailed me a private response stating that this cannot be done because too much of the formatting info is lost in the process of converting to postscript. I guess the best that could be done is to do a postscript to character (note that I intentionally did not misuse the term ASCII here) and then manually recreate the Word .doc file. I guess it's better than losing file. This means that my question now becomes: "Which is the best postscript to character translation program?"
